The 2008 Food & Wine Celebration is an annual benefit that features gourmet cuisine from chefs all over the country, wine from top vineyards nationwide, musical entertainment, auction and cooking demos. 

It will be held from 5 to 9 P.M. on Saturday, July 19, 2008, on the grounds of The Culinary Vegetable Institute, 12304 Ohio Route 13 in Milan.

All proceeds will go to Veggie U, a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization.
