Veggie U Pizza (or Veggie U Wrap)

Ingredients

1 Package whole wheat pita bread for Pizza (or soft tortillas for wraps)
2 8 ounce packages low fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing, or tomato salsa if preferred
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with dressing or salsa.
  2. Warm pita bread or tortillas in microwave oven.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the flat pitas (or the tortillas).
  4. Top with vegetables and cheddar cheese (roll up wraps).
