Veggie U Pizza (or Veggie U Wrap)

1 Package whole wheat pita bread for Pizza (or soft tortillas for wraps)
2 8 ounce packages low fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing, or tomato salsa if preferred
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with dressing or salsa.
- Warm pita bread or tortillas in microwave oven.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the flat pitas (or the tortillas).
- Top with vegetables and cheddar cheese (roll up wraps).
